Yes! I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation before we get anything started officially. Finding the right therapist can be challenging. This conversation helps us determine if I am the right fit for your needs and provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have.

Sessions are $125.

I accept cash and all major credit cards.

I do not take insurance at this time. I am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement.

Sessions are 50-60 minutes long.

I always recommend that the first 3 sessions are done in-person. This helps us establish a solid therapeutic relationship. After that, telehealth is a great option for more flexible scheduling.

Although I have seen clients ranging in age from 7 to 87 years old, I mostly work with older teens and adults.

The following are common topics that I work with: anxiety, coping skills, depression, family conflict, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, stress, and women's issues. I offer faith-based counseling if desired. I use techniques from modalities such as SFT, MBCBT, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
